My name is Mollie Shutt and I was born in Birmingham, Alabama. I moved to Louisville when I was ONLY 8 months old and have been here ever since. I did go away for college in Tennessee and majored in elementary education. After graduating, I got married to my high school sweetheart, Travis Shutt, and then taught 4th grade two years at Christian Academy of Louisville. My husband and I come from two big families, I have two brothers & two sisters and he has (now they are my in-laws!) three brothers & two sisters. I enjoy spending time with Mr. Shutt, our families, and friends. I also have a labradoodle, Wrigley, who I love going on long runs with. My favorite activities include working-out/running, sewing, laying by the pool, crafting (mainly for the classroom), hiking, and biking. My favorite places to go are either the beach where its warm or out West near the mountains. A few of my favorite stores are starbucks, loft, target, & sonic.
This year, I am going to be teaching 4th grade at Camden Station Elementary in Oldham County. I look forward to teaching and growing my new students and learning all about their families and friends.
